Maik sysop of BBS645 abused the network by intention, the only thing you can
shutdown is his mailbox. The worldwide mailbox network is based on trust. This
is how every mailbox software is designed. It's designed for the ham radio
network where there is no issue with trust. On CB it is and a single idiot can
shutdown the whole network.
